As the founder of Orange Door Community Wellness, it is my honor to have these women guiding and nurturing this organization. As a professional, I have worked with a variety of non-profit organizations serving various disadvantaged populations. I obtained my Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit Program Development and have focused on community services through equine therapy programs, agricultural development programs, disaster services, and mental health. I am a licensed CPR/First Aid Instructor, a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a Citizens Emergency Response Training trainer, and a certified Peer Support Professional as well as a yoga instructor. My passion is building up communities and the people that live and grow in them.

I have a Masters of Science degree in Ayurveda and Integrative Health from MIU. I am also a RYT500, having studied under Shannon Paige taking the trauma informed yoga teacher training at Earth Yoga Colorado. I joined Orange Door Community Wellness in 2023 and have jumped in feet first to help this organization grow through workshops, yoga classes and most recently by joining the Board.
I am happy to have been invited to be a member of the Board of Directors at Orange Door! My background is in the law, I am an associate attorney that practices in employment and healthcare law. Further, I have been involved with many non-profit organizations in the Western Slope. I also have an extensive background in meditation/mindfulness and have guided meditations for large groups of people. Teaching meditation, connection, and mindfulness is a passion of mine.
